This morning, our dedicated cleaning team gathered for an enriching Safety and Awareness Training session. Arriving early before the workday began, everyone enjoyed some well-deserved refreshments while diving into essential safety topics.

Training Highlights:

• Incident Reporting & Physical Hazards: We reviewed the best practices for incident reporting and identifying potential physical hazards on the job.
• Emergency Protocols – STOP/LEAVE/REPORT: Clear steps were outlined to ensure everyone knows exactly what to do during an emergency.
• Chemical & Machinery Safety: Guidance on the safe handling of chemicals and proper machinery operation was provided. We refreshed everyone on Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and demonstrated how to easily locate them on our platform.
• Emergency Routes & First Aid: Instructions on navigating emergency routes and effectively using first aid kits were shared.
• Mental Health & Wellbeing: We emphasized the importance of mental health and wellbeing, recognizing that a safe environment is as much about emotional support as it is about physical safety.

In addition to our training, we took the opportunity to celebrate excellence within our team. Congratulations to Ana de Castilla and Katherine Ortiz for being named ‘Cleaner of the Month’! Their reliability, thoroughness, and fantastic work ethic set a remarkable standard for us all.
