After completing high school in 1994, he served in the military before earning a university qualification in Electronics and Telecommunications in 2000. With over two decades in the technology sector, Carlos has held key roles at Fortune 500 companies like Telefónica, NEC, Nortel, and Huawei, driving innovation globally. Recognized as one of the 500 most influential leaders in LATAM by LA NOTA ECONÓMICA in 2018 and 2019, he brings strategic insight to the Royal Facilities board.

Business Manager

Brand Manager

Site Supervisor
John Montenegro plays a pivotal role as our new Site Supervisor across Royal Facilities projects. With a strong background in site operations and team coordination, John oversees day-to-day activities to ensure each location runs efficiently, safely, and to our company’s standards. Working closely with both management and onsite staff, he monitors workflow, addresses operational needs, and ensures all procedures are followed with consistency and professionalism. John is committed to maintaining a high level of communication, supporting his teams, and ensuring every site delivers reliable, high-quality results. His leadership, problem-solving skills, and commitment to excellence make him an invaluable addition to our operations team.
